Kate Broderick

Kate Broderick serves as Chief Operating Officer at PSW, where she oversees operational and clinical value functions. She partners closely with PSW leadership, medical directors, and network partners to execute scalable population health and value‑based care strategies that improve quality outcomes, financial performance, and care coordination across inpatient and outpatient settings. Kate brings deep experience in health system operations, value‑based contracting, and clinical transformation.

Prior to her current role, Kate served as AVP of Clinical Transformation at MultiCare Health System; prior to that role, Kate served in leadership positions at Citrin Cooperman Healthcare Advisory, athenahealth, and Ochsner Health System.

She holds an MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business and a BA in English from Boston College.

Outside of her professional commitments, Kate is an active member of the rowing community, balancing time on the water with volunteering. Beyond rowing, she enjoys skiing, hiking, and discovering new corners of the Pacific Northwest.
