Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Thomas currently serves as the Chief of Staff for PSW, where she supports the CEO Council in advancing patient-centered care by leading strategic initiatives, streamlining operations, and fostering collaboration across the organization. Jennifer manages cross-functional projects, overseeing special initiatives, and ensuring alignment with long-term goals to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Before joining PSW, Jennifer worked as the Director of MultiCare’s Value Based Product Portfolio and prior to that a Regional Manager within MultiCare’s medical group.

Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Health Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics and Health Information Management from the University of Washington.

Outside of her professional commitments, Jennifer serves on the board of Neighbor Clinic in Tacoma and is also closely connected to the University of Washington School of Public Health, mentoring undergraduate and graduate level students.
