Meet Alicia

Alicia was born and raised in San Diego, CA and graduated from the United States Air Force Academy where she was commissioned as a lieutenant in the United States Air Force. She was trained by the Department of Defense as a Contracting Officer specializing in contract negotiations. As an Air Force Captain, Alicia served as the Deputy Director of Contracts and Pricing for the Defense Contract Management Agency.

Alicia transitioned to healthcare as a Hospital Supply Chain Manager to oversee contract negotiations, purchasing, and distribution. She has been recognized by both the Puget Sound Business Journal and 425 Magazine on the prestigious 40 under 40 list for her commitment to advancing healthcare initiatives in the Seattle area.

Alicia transitioned to value-based care in 2021, was President of the Eastside Health Network, and led the efforts to build a new entity, the Eastside ACO where she served as the company’s Executive leader to manage value-based care for the Medicare Shared Savings Program.

Alicia currently serves as the President for the North Puget Sound Network, President of Signal Health, and President of Networks for PSW. She is responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based, data-driven clinical initiatives to improve outcomes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs in the inpatient and outpatient setting across Washington State.

Outside of work, Alicia serves the President for the Kirkland Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and President of Kirkland National Little League. Outside of her professional accomplishments, Alicia enjoys traveling and spending time with her family - her husband, Chad, and two children, Caden and Adeline.
