Jeremy Yielding

Jeremy Yielding is driven by a passion for excellence in customer service, communication, and delivering results to our physician partners and the patients they serve.  As Chief Operating Officer for PSW, Jeremy focuses on scalability, quality, and reliability across the organization. 

Jeremy brings broad based experience in both the healthcare and property/casualty insurance domains. With over 20 years of property/casualty experience (primarily in claims, business analysis, and project management), he shifted to HealthCare in 2015 where he worked in project management and IT development management roles prior to joining PSW.  At PSW, he’s held the roles of Senior Project Manager, Director of the Project Management office, VP of Operations, and now Chief Operating Officer. 

An honors graduate of Cornell University, Jeremy has a passion for understanding both the tactical detail of a system, data flow, or work process and how it supports the strategic vision of the organization.  As a former business analyst, IT development manager, and project manager, he has hands on experience with topics such as claims management, quality reporting, risk adjustment, and even facility build out. 

Jeremy is active in his community and participates in several fraternal organizations, serving both as secretary for the Board of Trustees for Washington Masonic Services, as well as secretary for his local lodge.  He’s passionate about local history, archaeology, geology, and world affairs.
